1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 0g777. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using aliases, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and confiscation of balances.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your credentials. You must notify 0g777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by 0g777, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other authorized Philippine banking institutions. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing. 0g777 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly provided in these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and to prevent fraud. 0g777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times range from twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for verified accounts. VIP members may be eligible for expedited processing. Withdrawal limits may apply based on account status and verification level. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.

3.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives offered by 0g777 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. 3.4 Currency

All transactions on the 0g777 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider or financial institution will convert the amount to PHP, and you will be responsible for any conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Account Closure and Suspension

4.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 0g777 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with withdrawal procedures. Closure requests may take up to seven (7) business days to process. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened, and you will be required to register a new account if you wish to use the Services in the future.

4.2 Suspension and Termination by 0g777

0g777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users. In the event of termination for cause, 0g777 may forfeit your account balance and any pending winnings. We are not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for account suspension or termination, though we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the general basis for our decision.

5. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 0g777 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules before placing any bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious error as determined by 0g777 in its sole discretion. 5.2 Sports Betting

In the event that a sporting event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the official rules of the relevant sports governing body and 0g777's sports betting terms.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games offered on the 0g777 platform utilize certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption, 0g777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings from voided games will not be honored.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds: (a) use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (b) collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or exploit bonuses; (c) exploitation of software vulnerabilities or technical errors; (d) use of VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions; (e) money laundering or other illegal financial activities; (f) abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other players or 0g777 staff.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0g777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 0g777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
